This position focuses on growing the Swedish clientele, meaning new customer acquisition by prospecting, booking and closing deals. Therefore, we expect you to have ambitious attitude towards sales and ability to take responsibility when it comes to achieving goals that we set together. But first of all, you want to succeed in the everyday, sometimes in a hectic, sales environment. However, it will also be rewarding as you will be building a new network and can create the right methods for you.
We expect you to have 2-3 years of experience within B2B-sales, as well as international sale experience, preferably in Sweden or somewhere in the Nordics. You are a convincing communicator and have the ability to listen to the potential customers, create trust and help them find the right work wellbeing package that their company needs. You are not afraid to seize the opportunity -let alone the phone- but you have the ability to guide yourself, while working towards the teams goals. Most of all we want someone who is happy, genuine and brave!
